Private Practice Announcement Letter

When any medical practitioner starts practicing at a new place and moves from the older place of employment, they need to announce this.

Any licensed doctor is allowed to start private practice if he/she can afford to run a separate and independent clinic. However, this can lead to many problems initially. For example, a doctor may not be able to get new patients in the private clinic probably because people don’t know about it. In this situation, writing an announcement letter is important.

So, keep in mind the following

Remain focused:

Just like any other announcement letter, your focus should be on the news you are going to tell everyone. This way, the letter will also be focused on it.

Describe your area of practice:

Let the reader know in which area you have decided to start a private practice and what benefits you want to bring to your clients and customers.

Ask for help:

If you think you need the help of any type to make your business grow and reach your customers, you can ask your co-workers and seniors for help in this regard.

End the text on a positive note:

When you send the letter, you should express your hope and expectations from the reader that he will support you and cooperate with you in your decision to run your medical practice in a private clinic

In my area, there is no clinic for mental wellness. People don’t consider mental illness important and ignore it. My aim is to create awareness among people so that they start taking their mental health seriously. I have found a space for opening the clinic at a very nominal rent.

The inauguration of my clinic will be on the 15th of next month. I will send you an invitation to join me in this happy moment of my life.
